    • If you want to star gaze, no need to wait for the night. Just look in the mirror anytime- there's a whole star-lit network of divine possibility staring right back at you. The inner universe is where it's at, the galaxy of golden possibility that lives right inside your soul-skin. It just takes a little imagination to see it, but then, WOW! You never looked so Go(o)d.
    • People often talk about living in the moment, but it is my experience that we do not live in the moment if we are not living in truth. TRUTH IS THE GATEWAY TO THE MOMENT. It doesn't matter how much we achieve, or how many things we master, if it is not our true-path. The moment we lie, we leave the moment. The work we do to separate false-path from true-path is not just spiritually beneficial, it is our best and only hope.
    • As it turns out, life actually isn't a dress rehearsal. It's an undress rehearsal. We come down here time and time again to practice shedding our ego armor until we can step on the stage of eternity, naked and exposed before God, as God. Exit, cloud left.
    • Closing the heart is a self-fulfilling prophecy. When we close it, we attract more reasons to keep it closed. Opening the heart is a soul-fulfilling prophecy. When we open it, we attract blessings—Open bless-a-me! Finally blessings have a way in, and a way out to touch others.
    • It doesn't matter how much two people love one another if they are developmentally incompatible, or if there is not a shared willingness to become conscious. This is why they call it a relationship instead of a loveship. Love alone is not enough. If you want it to last, you have to relate to each other in ways that keep the ship afloat.
    • If there is anything that can prevent us from excavating and honoring our callings, it is our own shame. With our light hidden under a bushel of shame, it is very difficult to imagine our highest possibilities. If we think we are worthless, how can we spot the God-self that lives inside of us? How can we know our inherent magnificence? Your shame has nothing to say about who you really are, never did, never will. In truth, you don't need anyone else's permission to be here. God gave you all the permission you need.
    • Essential lessons cannot be avoided. Callings don't go away. When we turn away from our lessons, when we ignore our truth-aches, the universe jumps into action, orchestrating our return- a symphony of self-creation dedicated to our unique expansion. This is the nature of karmic gravity- we are returned back to our path until we fully walk it. Return to sender, address now known...
    • The monkey mind feeds on "small peanuts": tireless anxieties, petty jealousies, fearful imaginings. Starve it by swimming in a vast ocean of delight.
    • At the heart of the challenge is the courage to be vulnerable. Although the world rewards insensitivity with the spoils of war, it takes more courage to surrender than to numb. So often the most damaged people are the most advanced and feeling souls. They feel everything and are more strongly impacted by the disparity between an authentic life and the falsified energy of the world. We have to never surrender our right to surrender.
    • Lately I think of truth as a magnificent white-tipped Mountain. At its peak is a deeper and more inclusive experience of the moment. As we move through our lives, Truth Mountain comes in and out of view, calling out to us and reminding us of what is possible. The more truthful we are about our path, the higher our consciousness climbs. When our view is blocked, we know that we still have work to do in the valleys down below -- traversing the foothills of illusion, sidestepping the quicksands of artifice, overcoming our fear of (interior) heights. But we will get to the peak, if we are willing to do the work, if we can be truthful with ourselves about the ways we avoid the truth.
    • Don’t just follow your dreams. You may lose them at a red light, or while wandering the trailways of transformation. Better yet, ingest and embody them, make them indistinguishable from you. Weave your most wondrous imaginings into the breath of your being.

    Cell your soul: The idea that the body is the karmic field where the soul's lessons are harvested. In order to grow spiritually, we must bring our suffering and our joy through the cells of the body until our spiritual lessons are birthed. Repressed emotions are unactualized spiritual lessons. To grow, we have to see our feelings all the way through. Once they make it all the way through the conversion tunnel, the lesson is revealed and the soul evolves to the next stage.     Enrealment: The idea that a more 'heightened' consciousness is not all about the light (as enlightenment often implies) but is about becoming more real, more genuinely here in all respects- shadow and light, earth and sky, grocery list and unity consciousness. Enrealment is about living in all aspects of reality simultaneously rather than only those realms that feel the most comfortable. Our expansion is directly linked to our capacity to experience our spirituality in inclusive and authentic terms. Be real now.

    (The) Soulular phone: Your pipeline to divinity, the soulular phone connects your individual path to Universal Consciousness. When it rings, be sure to answer it. It is the divine Mother calling to remind you of the next step on your journey. The more inner work you have done to clear the lines, the clearer the connection.

    Truth-Ache: A truth-ache is a nudging sense of falsity, a symptom of our alienation from true-path, a sign that we are not honoring our divine purpose. Although sometimes painful, although embracing it may well force us to turn our habitual patterns upside down in order to effect change, the truth-ache contains the seeds of our transformation. When we repress it, truth decay sets in, and the only thing that can save us is a truth canal. Sometimes we wait too long, and we lose our truth altogether.
